Reformer & Equipment Pilates

This full-body workout class combines the fundamental concepts of Pilates with strength training and fluid, natural movements. Each session is designed to target and strengthen both large and small muscle groups to promote overall body balance. Strong, forceful movements are balanced with lively, fluid motions. Each class utilizes the resistance of body weight and different Pilates equipment to intensify the muscle burn. Clients depart feeling powerful, yet flexible. Energetically grounded.

Barre

Sculpt & Dance

This music based, beat driven barre class blends elements from ballet, dance fitness, pilates and yoga to create unique dynamic workout. We utilize balls, light weights, bands and the ballet barre to target specific muscles creating a sculpted elongated look. We use high reps and light weights to make your muscles tremble and lift your heart rate. Clients leave having had a sweaty full body workout, with new songs and dance moves in their mind.

Hey moms, I've got you covered! These classes blend pilates, barre, strength training, cardio, and yoga to help support expecting and new mothers. The workouts are designed to improve strength, posture, and muscle tone, with a focus on proper core engagement, spinal health, and pelvic stability. In addition to your exercise routine, there will be a focus on learning about the physical and hormonal changes that occur during this stage of life. All classes are baby-friendly!
