This 90 minute workshop will start in the pilates studio with a core and mobility warm up. You will then learn the 5 foundational movement patterns using the pilates equipment. Next we will move to the alpha studio and amplify the same movements by adding extra resistance from kettlebells, barbells, bands and dumbbells.

Participants will leave feeling educated, energized and empowered to conquer workouts across both disciplines.
