Join Katie and Sarafina for this 90 minute workshop incorporating all things mindfulness. The first 45 minutes will be spent connecting to our body by learning how to activate your core through pilates. The second half of the workshop will focus on breath and mindful living practices.

Open to moms to be and all fitness levels.
