This full body workout class fuses the basic principals of Pilates with strength training and intuitive movement. Each class focuses on strengthening both major and micro muscle groups in order to balance the body. Strong, heavy movements are countered with dynamic lighter flowing movements. Each class uses body weight and various pilates equipment to amplify the muscular burn. Clients leave feeling strong, yet stretched. Energetic yet stable.
